Rates are per apartment and day up to two adults (babies and kids stay free) incl. electricity, heating and use of the sauna. Plus local tax. Per additional adult person (over 17 years) EUR 15,- will be charged.

Booking Conditions
For fixed bookings, a deposit of EUR 275,- (without charges for the beneficiary) to the Dolomitenbank Osttirol-Westkärnten HGS Gmünd (IBAN: AT 83 4073 0500 4957 0000, BIC: OVLIAT21XXX). The payment must be made within 14 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit less the administration fee will be refunded. Less than 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit shall be forfeited in our favor. If the holiday is canceled within 3 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due, with a deduction of EUR 15,- for adults per day for consumption; these conditions apply also in case of early departure. Moreover, the special conditions apply according to Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Arrival and departure:
Rooms and apartments are ready for occupation on arrival from 14 o’clock and must be vacated by 9 o’clock on departure day.
