For confirmed bookings, a deposit of 30% of the total amount (free of charge to the recipient) must be paid to Dolomitenbank Osttirol-Westkärnten HGS Gmünd (IBAN: AT 83 4073 0500 4957 0000, BIC: OVLIAT21XXX), and the payment must be made within 7 days of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
Cancellations:
If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of your stay, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee; after the 8th week, the deposit is forfeited to us. If the stay is canceled within the last 3 weeks before the start of your stay, the entire stay will be billed; these terms also apply in the event of early departure. In all other respects, the special terms and conditions set forth in the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Arrival and departure:
Rooms and holiday apartments are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 am on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please inform us in advance.
Payment:
